My passion is traveling and helping people. My goal is to help people pursue their leisure interests through individual, group, and luxury travel.
I have experience in coordinating, researching, planning tours and local, national, and international events. I have interacted with all ages, to help make leisure and recreation enjoyable for individuals and groups.
After years of working in recreation and volunteer management, becoming a travel consultant and business owner became the next chapter in my life. With my degree in Recreation and my passion to help people, it was a natural fit to become a travel consultant/business owner. I was always the coordinator, the researcher, and the planner. My friends and family would always ask me to look after the plans.
Travel has always been an interest to me. I have traveled to Europe, the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, and across Canada. I love experiencing other cultures, the food, the architecture, the language, the customs, and the rejuvenating experience! I was born with a fascination with other cultures because of my heritage. My family is originally from Europe, specifically my mom is from Amsterdam, and my dad is from Rotterdam, Netherlands.
I would like to explore more of Europe in the future to learn about other cultures. I would like to help you plan your individual, group, or luxury experience, whether it is at an all-inclusive resort, a luxury riverboat cruise, an ocean cruise, or a specific tour you would like designed /sourced for you. I can assist with planning groups, family, corporate, or individual travel needs.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service Yvonne provided. We have been searching for years for a good travel agent, and Yvonne's professionalism, talent, and work ethic went above-and-beyond.
During an unexpected Omicron quarantine, Yvonne worked the back channels to sort out my reimbursement and return flights, when a cruise representative was unreachable. I don't think I've ever seen such dedicated customer care as Yvonne provided to me.
The real test of customer service is what it's like when things go wrong. My experience with travel agents in the past has been limited to someone who books you a ticket, and nothing more. Yvonne, on the other hand, was committed to the success of our entire trip. As far as I'm concerned, she has set the bar.
I realize this sounds like hyperbole, but I mean it 100%: If you're lucky enough for Yvonne to take you on as your travel agent, don't pass up that opportunity. We'll never use anyone else.

Our Amazing River Cruise!
Yvonne did an amazing job and found us the perfect River Cruise on the Rhine through Amawaterways! She asked questions to understand our interests, explained our options for the numerous excursions, and helped us make the final decision. She checked in on us regularly before, during and after the cruise to ensure everything was going according to plan. Our trip was a dream vacation!! I don’t hesitate to recommend Yvonne and will definitely use her services again in the future! If you want to work with a travel agent who truly cares and will work hard for you, then Yvonne is your lady!

Yvonne did an amazing job of organizing this trip. There have been several challenges due to covid and she handled them very confidently and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Yvonne to anyone in need of a professional travel agent.
From planning to the actual cruise itself, Yvonne provided good advise and was very proactive in dealing with the numerous challenges.

It was my first time using a travel agent. But it won't be my last. Yvonne was so helpful in helping us book a complicated family booking just as Covid restrictions were changing. She provided so much information about travel restrictions, forms and documentation to have. Thankfully she encouraged us to get medical travel insurance as one of our party got quite sick during the trip. Yvonne was available to help support us during that time and provide some direction. This was not only helpful but also comforting trying to navigate healthcare in a primarily Spanish speaking country. Having her involved also helped us negotiate with the resort regarding compensation. I would highly recommend Yvonne.
