I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service Yvonne provided. We have been searching for years for a good travel agent, and Yvonne's professionalism, talent, and work ethic went above-and-beyond.
During an unexpected Omicron quarantine, Yvonne worked the back channels to sort out my reimbursement and return flights, when a cruise representative was unreachable. I don't think I've ever seen such dedicated customer care as Yvonne provided to me.
The real test of customer service is what it's like when things go wrong. My experience with travel agents in the past has been limited to someone who books you a ticket, and nothing more. Yvonne, on the other hand, was committed to the success of our entire trip. As far as I'm concerned, she has set the bar.
I realize this sounds like hyperbole, but I mean it 100%: If you're lucky enough for Yvonne to take you on as your travel agent, don't pass up that opportunity. We'll never use anyone else.

concerned about cost and convenience at our resort. Went over everything
we should know and papers we should have - all to make our trip very smooth
and enjoyable.

Our Amazing River Cruise!
Yvonne did an amazing job and found us the perfect River Cruise on the Rhine through Amawaterways! She asked questions to understand our interests, explained our options for the numerous excursions, and helped us make the final decision. She checked in on us regularly before, during and after the cruise to ensure everything was going according to plan. Our trip was a dream vacation!! I don’t hesitate to recommend Yvonne and will definitely use her services again in the future! If you want to work with a travel agent who truly cares and will work hard for you, then Yvonne is your lady!

Yvonne did an amazing job of organizing this trip. There have been several challenges due to covid and she handled them very confidently and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Yvonne to anyone in need of a professional travel agent.
From planning to the actual cruise itself, Yvonne provided good advise and was very proactive in dealing with the numerous challenges.
